The owner of the online store LUMISENSES.COM (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Glamlac LCC (registry code 12149262), located at 10 Kassi Street, Tallinn 12618, Estonia.

Validity of contract of sale, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. All prices at Lumisenses online store are in euros and include a value added tax of 20%. A fee for shipping is added to the price.

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

Glamlac shall reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale and the prices. These changes will be displayed on Lumisenses web page.

Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method.

The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Ordering without value added TAX (VAT) to another EU country

When you order for a company that is a taxable in another European Union country and has on VAT number you can order it 0% VAT. Please continue following:

Add products to cart and click on “Proceed to checkout”.

Fill all necessary fields on the billing address form.

“VAT number validity” – enter in the field VAT number, e.g FI26145603.

NB! Enter the “VAT number validity” field with your Value Added Tax number (country prefix is not required). The VAT field will automatically check if the VAT number is valid or not.

If VAT number is not valid then the error message is shown.

  • If all the fields are filled out then the 0% VAT will appear.
  • Choose a shipping and payment method.

Goods are shipped to the following countries: to Member State of the European Union and to third countries.

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipping products in Estonia

  • Omniva parcel machine. Your parcel will arrive to the parcel machine on the next day after posting. Omniva parcel machines in Estonia here. Cost: 2,50
  • Itella SmartPOST parcel machine. Your parcel will arrive to the parcel machine on the next day after posting. SmartPOST parcel machines in Estonia here. Cost: 2,40 €. 
  • DPD parcel shop. Your parcel will arrive to the parcel machine on the next day after posting. DPD parcel machines in Estonia here. Cost: 2,30 €. 
  • Venipak courier. Your parcel will arrive in 3 days after posting. Cost: 4,50 €.
  • Pick up at Kassi 10, Tallinn, Estonia. We are open from 09.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Shipping goods to Finland, Baltics and other countries

  • Venipak courier in Finland. Your parcel will arrive in 3 working days after posting. Cost: 14,00 €.
  • Itella SmartPOST parcel machine in Finland. Parcel will arrive to Helsinki area in 1-2 working days, other areas in Finland 3-5 days. Find out more about SmartPOST in Finland. Cost: 12,00 €. 
  • Venipak courier in Latvia. Your parcel will arrive in 3 working days after posting. Cost: 5,40 €.
  • Venipak courier in Lithuania. Your parcel will arrive in 4 working days after posting. Cost: 7,50 €.
  • Omniva international registered maxi letter and maxi parcel. Parcel will arrive (usually 2-14 working days) to the nearest post office. It is possible to track the parcel with a tracking number. Cost: appears automatically after the order is processed. 
  • DHL international door to door delivery. Parcel will arrive (usually 2-14 working days) to the address filled in the contact information. It is possible to track the parcel with a tracking number. Cost: appears automatically after the order is processed. 
  • We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.


Paying for the order:

  • Credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard payments.
  • Paypal account.
  • Later by bank transfer. After completing the order, the invoice will be sent to your e-mail for payment.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. (Depending on the product, the purchaser may not necessarily have the right of withdrawal; in such a case the corresponding products and services must be listed and they must comply with the conditions provided for in subsection 53(4) in the Law of Obligations Act.)

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal (the form for which can be found here: declaration of withdrawal) to the e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store shall return to the purchaser, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the purchaser based on the contract. The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand that the goods be returned by the purchaser if the marked price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Defective goods

The online store is responsible for the non-compliance of goods sold to a purchaser with the terms and conditions of the contract or for deficiencies which already existed at the time of delivery and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the purchaser.

Within the first six months of delivery it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the online store´s responsibility to prove otherwise. The purchaser has the right to turn to the online store within two months of the occurrence of a defect by e-mailing or calling +3726017725.

The online store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the goods to the purchaser. If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods.

If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale. The online store will respond to the consumer´s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Warranty Policy

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser with original proof of purchase and only when purchased from an authorized Lumisenses retailer or reseller. If the product requires service, please contact the selling retailer.

Warranty Statement

  • Warranty is given only to the original purchaser of the product
  • Warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of the original purchase. The invoice will be required as the proof of purchase.
  • The defective product shall be delivered by the purchaser to the seller store or authorized dealer, along with the invoice (proof of purchase).
  • Lumisenses manufacturer Glamlac LLC will either repair or replace the defective product. All replaced faulty products or components will not be returned to the purchaser.
  • The repaired or replaced product shall continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period.

Warranty does not cover products determined by Glamlac LLC, to be damaged by any of the following:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration
  • Damages caused by dismantle by an un-authorized maintainer
  • Breakdown or damages caused by move, drop or transportation
  • Damage caused by use with unsuitable accessories or use other than as instructed
  • Connecting to incorrect current and voltage
  • The breakdown and damage caused by Force Majeure

Personal data processing and protection policy

The personal data of the Client are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act., collecting Costumer´s personal data when creating a customer account and /or ordering.

The personal data to be processed: customer’s name, personal identification code, email address, mobile number and consumption preferences. uses personal data to provide services to the Consumer, further development and personalization.

These particular policies must be taken into consideration in the first place on the website for the sale of goods and personalized offers to customers.

When the customer enters his or her data in the online store and authorizes the rights with the corresponding approval, then has the right to collect and process the Consumer’s personal data and to provide the logistics partner with the necessary data for the delivery of the goods. has the rights to use customer’s address or location for advertisement and other informational purposes.

The consumer has the right at any time to prohibit the collection of his/her personal data, unless this is necessary for the recovery of obligations under the contract or to deliver the goods. Agreement to the use of personal data mentioned above, can not be withdrawn retroactively.

The use of electronic personal data, applies only when Consumer has approved the webpage. Upon payment of encrypted data banks for purchases, the Consumer guarantees the security of personal banknotes and does not have access to will never share personal information to any third parties.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or submitted by calling +3726017725.

If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here.

The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser. A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
